5. Google offers centralized storage: Instead of keeping information on a single computer or network, you can keep it available through Google systems.
6. Inspire students with posters: Improve search results with tips and inspiration in these posters from Google.
7. Google offers lesson plans: Use these classroom-ready lesson plans that make use of Google apps.
8. Your privacy is protected: Google secures data and offers privacy settings for apps.
9. Create bulk accounts: Google will allow you to create student accounts with a .csv export.
10. You can access any time: Google offers 24/7 access, instead of having to wait until you are at school.
11. Google offers support: You can find help for Google apps with the help center, groups, and more.

1. Potere risparmiare soldi: i servizi di Google sono gratuiti o, in caso contrario, assai convenienti. E’ possibile spendere i risparmi su tante altre cose.
2. Agli studenti piace usare Google e hanno molta familiarità con i suoi servizi.
3. Le applicazioni possono essere usate senza bisogno d’aiuto o supporto.
4. Le Google apps s’integrano benissimo con quello che uno già ha a disposizione.
5. Google offre un salvataggio centralizzato di file e documenti, senza disperderli su una miriade di computer. Si arriva a oltre 7 Gb di spazio personale a disposizione.
6. Utilizzate le presentazioni e le attività laboratoriali proposte da Google per i vostri studenti: anche loro riusciranno a fare molte cose interessanti.
7. Google offre “lesson plans” (lezioni pronte) già pensate per essere usate con le Google apps.
8. La nostra privacy è protetta bene: Google custodisce i dati personali e offre varie opzioni e profili per ciascuna applicazione.
9. Si possono creare tutti gli account Google che si vuole e basta un export con estensione .csv
10. Si può accedere alle applicazioni Google 24h/24 e 7 giorni/7, senza dovere aspettare di ritornare a scuola, di utilizzare solo quei computer di quel laboratorio.
11. Google mette a disposizione il proprio supporto: è possibile rivolgersi al Google apps Help Center, a gruppi, forum e molto altro.
12. Google ha ottimi filtri per la sicurezza, la posta SPAM, anti-virus, ecc.
13. Compatibilità di formato: le Google apps importano ed esportano tutti i formati di file tradizionali esistenti.
14. Google vi libera dalle applicazioni fisiche installate sul Pc, senza licenza e costi.
15. E’ possibile interagire con le applicazioni Google da telefonino cellulare: Google mobile è ovviamente presente sui terminali Android, Apple iPhone e qualsiasi strumento che abbia accesso al Web.
