Terry Freedman works and lives in Great Britain and has a very interesting blog, ICT in Education, with plenty of interesting suggestions. Terry has recently edited a new edition of a very worthy booklet The Amazing Web 2.0 Projects Book, that includes up to:

  • 87 projects.
  • 10 further resources.
  • 52 applications.
  • 94 contributors.

In addition, the book tries to assess

  • The benefits of using Web 2.0 applications.
  • The challenges of using Web 2.0 applications.
  • How the folk who ran these projects handled the issues…
  • … And what they recommend you do if you run them.
  • What were the learning outcomes?

The booklet is an invaluable resource for the “ICT-Educated” teacher and practitioner, open to experiment and adjust every effort in the classroom. The book is conveniently divided into subject areas, according to the learners’ levels (Primary, Secondary, etc.). Finally, the resource is free to consult/download. Enjoy…!
